PREPRESS

Prepress is the creation of printing plates, including CTP installation (computer to plate), technical inspection and control over data. We meet the high quality standards of koopmann media with a mandatory professional data check, a permanent „four eyes principle“ and quality management according to DIN ISO 9001:2008. We ensure an error-free, smooth process and high transparency by the direct contact between our employees and the customer during prepress. Interdepartmental data management ensures individual preparation and careful processing of your data for each printing method.


DATA MANAGEMENT

Trust in the reliability of our address administration with duplicate search functions, deletion of deceased and unsubscribed persons, a comparison with the Robinson-list (a list of all persons who have objected to receiving advertising) as well as a mandatory address verification. Your contact data is protected against loss and theft by a three-stage safety system and redundant storage in different fire compartments. Our package of measures is examined by the DDV (German Dialog Marketing Association) and certified with the „quality and service“ seal QuLS Lettershop.
Our data management includes the integration of our image database together with the latest personalisation software. Thus, even mailings with customised photos and graphics are possible depending on the recipie
