What does „integrated“ mean?

Integrated products are integrated directly into the paper with a special printing technology using a special two-to-one system. Thus, they can be personalised together with a cover letter and then easily removed by the addressee.

What does „manual laminating or plastification“ mean?

With lamination or plastification the cards are protected from damage and impurities. With the simple Card-In®-Systems, customers can supplement their cards individually, as with signature or photo, and afterwards laminate or plasticise independently.

CARD-IN®Standard

With Card-In® Standard-Version, the thin plastic card is directly integrated into a DIN A4 sheet. Using a word processor or layout program, text and card can be labelled individually. The customer can peel out the card directly from the DIN A4 sheet.

CARD-IN®Fold

With Card-In® Fold the back can be personalised as well, unlike Card-In® Standard. Therefore, both sides of the card are folded out and integrated into the form and hereby printed simultaneously. The user separates the card from the form and folds and glues the sides together.


Handling

  1. Put Card-In®-Fold form into the laser printer.
  2. Enter the desired text using a word processor or layout program.
  3. Print form.
  4. To release the card, bend back the paper and remove the card. Fold the card and glue.

    CARD-IN®Badge

    In contrast to Card-In®, Card-In® Badge is larger and pre-cut (slot or triangle) for attaching clips or lanyards.


    Handling

    1. Put Card-In® Badge form into the laser printer.
    2. Enter the desired text using a word processor or layout program.
    3. Print form.
    4. To release the card, bend back the paper and peel out the card. Then, if necessary, detach the punching and provide the card with clip or chain.

        CARD-IN®Flip

        In contrast to Card-In® Standard, Card-In® Flip can be complemented individually by the customer prior to plasticising, by signing for instance. Then the customer can laminate the card independently. Having the adhesive surface directly below the card saves space.

        CARD-IN®Fix

        Like Card-In® Lami, Card-In® Fix can be provided individually with a photo and signature by the customer, and subsequently be self-laminated (or plasticised).

        However, with Card-In® Fix the card remains firmly connected to the paper („fixed“) until lamination is finished.

        CARD-IN®Green

        A bio-film made from renewable rust materials is used for the Card-In® Green. It is plastic-free, biodegradable and suitable for composting in accordance with DIN EN 13432:2000. It can be used for the standard version, badge and fold variants.
